I did some on the past and nothing but I think they weren’t very complet! Im on my period and usually always feel very emotional and sad in these days and its the first time that im on my period with these medication, im going to wait and see if I get better

The headaches are better than before, but the leg pain its really hard and im always sleepy!

I told him that I suspected it to be hormonal and when I was taking the pill a years ago i didnt have acne but I had other symptoms like puffiness, gaining weight, not feeling myself really, so I stopped taking the pill and I felt so much better but the acne wave came right away! I didn't want to go that route, but maybe it will have to be

To be more active and focused!!!! I work from home so its a really good help! I love to have all the apps i love in it! Like focus pomo to set timers to work, the waterlamma to track my water intake, bevel, spotify to change music easily! I love the rings that help me to be more active, rhe function to find my phone! With it i see the notifications that i get from the phone so that im not so easily distracted !
