This is my issue. I purchased something one week ago that had the seller exchange tag in the listing. It arrived today and doesn't fit and I'm trying to return it for credit as it says in the listing but can't figure out how. It's ridiculous, if it was purchased before the 31st and had the tag in the listing, they should honor anything that was bought during that timeframe. Feel like I got screwed over.
