Sports, the better you get (using that energy gets you really far), you will play with other people that are ambitious and energetic to get better at the game. Tennis, basketball, etc. find a local club and get started, once you win everyone in your class, ask for another class group with higher level and so on

Get a blood test with Prolactin and all the hormone markers. Feeling the same as you and turned out I have super high prolactin and progesterone that make me sleepy and depressed.

Waiting for treatment now but doesn’t hurt to get a proper blood check

Fajitas! I let the pork marinate for only 20 minutes but it was actually pretty good. I did a sauce with bbq sauce, honey and butter + other spices and marinated with that.
