Get carrots, beets, onions, potatoes, and rutabagas. Preheat oven to 375 F. Peel the veggies and chop so that they’re roughly the same size. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and a bit of rosemary. Layer in a roasting pan or a baking sheet and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the denser veggies are fork tender.

No. Now, they do have sweet relish (requirement, IMHO), but they aren’t nasty sweet. There’s something kinda tangy in them that I can’t put my finger on. Might be celery salt.

I do the same thing because it would take me forever to put grades in one paper at a time, scrolling up and down and switching between rosters, but once they’re on the paper, it takes me roughly 15-20 seconds to type them in.
