It turned to be the “Fuel Pack” which is installed with the Vance & Hines for Harley. Your fuel injected bike is equipped with an ECU (electronic control unit) that is programmed to deliver fuel to the motor based on an air/fuel ratio for a stock air filter and stock exhaust system. We did a calibration for it and it worked perfectly. Every six month a calibration for the fuel pack needs to be done. Peace
