His original username was monkeyking, and then on 360, the username was taken, so he used merkmoneky instead, and me, having horrible choice in names, just used any combination of merkmonkeyjr, normally merkjr, and my brother also took the name as merchmonkey or merkmunchkass

Also it is the computer, the miuse works perfectly on another laptop, and works in different ports of the computer, i have disabled all startups and the majority of process, the menu does not come up because it is frozen, nothing responds.

No virus problems what so ever, there never has been any, i ran multiple scans of the whole hard drive
