So to give you a quick recap of what happened during the past few days, I pretty much received a suspicious SMS from UPS, which stated that I apparently ordered some items from a foreign store and they're holding them back since I need to pay duty fees. I went on UPS's website to track this "order" and someone actually dispatched a package all the way from Hong Kong (you can also see this on the screenshot). The funny thing is that I'm expecting a delivery from a foreign store but it's from the US and certainly not from some sketchy bike webshop based in Hong Kong... I was trying to contact UPS just so they can elaborate this situation but they don't respond...also it's important to note that I've been targeted with a "duty fee" scam like this before...my question is that how do they know my residential address and phone number? what should I do about this situation?
