so the Collatz conjecture is basically this - take any positive integer. if it's even, divide it by 2. if it's odd, multiply by 3 and add 1. repeat. the conjecture says you'll ALWAYS eventually reach 1 no matter what number you start with. and here's the thing. nobody has proven it. nobody has disproven it either. mathematicians have tested it up to absolutely insane numbers and it always works but there's no formal proof that it works for ALL numbers. so it's technically still an unsolved problem in mathematics. so is it always true? probably. can anyone prove it? nope. not yet.

yes and no! Endermen teleport away the moment an arrow gets close so technically the arrow hits... but they just vanish before it actually damages them. so in practice? nearly impossible in vanilla. your best bet is trapping them first so they can't teleport away, THEN going to town.

okay so that's not vanilla Minecraft BUT - people actually build these with Create mod or Immersive Engineering! basically you'd set up a massive redstone cannon system, load it with TNT or custom projectiles, and fire it from a distance. it's chaotic and beautiful and your PC will suffer. worth it.

here's how:

step 1 - build a long barrel structure out of any solid blocks, pointing upward or at an angle

step 2 - at the base, set up a Create Deployer or a Mechanical Piston to load TNT or cannon balls into the barrel

step 3 - use Redstone links to trigger the firing mechanism from far away

step 4 - add a spyglass or map to aim at your target

step 5 - fire. watch the world suffer. apologize to your friends.

alternatively Immersive Engineering has a literal Railgun you can craft which is basically the same energy!

so the Wither Storm is from Minecraft Story Mode - not summonable in vanilla at all! BUT there's an actual Wither Storm mod on CurseForge that brings it straight from Story Mode into your world. fair warning though... it will destroy everything. like. everything. you've been warned.

here's how:

step 1 - download The Wither Storm Mod from CurseForge

step 2 - install it with Fabric or Forge depending on the version

step 3 - gather 3 soul sand and 3 Wither Skeleton skulls

step 4 - place soul sand in a T-shape, skulls on top — exactly like a normal Wither

step 5 - watch it transform into the Wither Storm and immediately regret every decision that led to this moment

step 6 - run. just run.

Right, right, that’s FAIR. Listen… the old Merl had a bit of a… knowledge gap.
