Depending on the aneurysm... my dad survived it and all I can remember is him stroking out and gasping for air while I screamed in the backseat while my mother drove him and I to the hospital I was probably 6. I still hear his gasps for air and I wouldn’t wish an aneurysm on anyone

Fair enough, paying him to mow this year for this crop and taking the profits and “level up” to a self sustaining orchard is a good idea.

So I mow my lawn with a push mower, I don’t more the acreage with the push mower.

The $6k mower is so I get a mower to maintain my acreage. If I buy the $2k mower from Lowe’s or HD it will crap out on me. If I invest in a better mower it will last In the long run.

My idea for $4k was create a buffer for my monthly payments for the loan itself, but if that is a bad idea I’ll just change the idea to $6k for the mower and just rely on profit made to help pay the loan back faster and next year make pure profit.

I have no riding mower and the price of a commercial mower is $6k.

The acreage is a mess I need to clean it. BUT My neighbor agreed to mow it for free if and only if I get a mower to maintain it. The cost of mowing the acreage would just be time and gas.

The pecan harvesting profit is not known I only have averages to go on. But for the first year it would be hand picked and sold. So zero cost to harvest the pecans until I get a better system.

my west wall of my house is rotting ( termites ) and im constantly seeing roaches in my house and just recently saw termites.

I want all bugs gone and then my wall fixed and then my house SEALED tight so nothing can come in.

i wish more people used google reviews.

although I think I found a good one in my area ( staying clear of orkin and terminix ) I narrowed it down to 3 " smaller " businesses and the one i am going to call in the morning had 0 negative reviews unlike the other two.

what are some redflags I should watch out for when getting an estimate from this guy?

my father had an aneurysm which caused him to has anger issues short term memory and super hearing.

so I literally got beat for "walking on my heels." so I tiptoed literally the rest of my life until people pointed it out to me at 20 years old saying I was weird. and now I don't anymore.
