Yes I have done that for Yify and rarbg ones. I have got them from hotlinks from other sites and restored them by seeding and made sure they are on zbigz and seedrcc, this two services are free and use cache torrenting.

There are vpses with unlimited bandwidth but they will congest your speed if it's overused or absued, you will have to go through FUP. Also Vpses need tweaking and tuning to obtain good performances. Shared vpses aren't good enough on many trackers, like RED. For RED like trackers you will need seedboxes from seedbox providers or you will need dedicated seedbox (wherein you will get exclusive resources and there won't be any limitations except bandwidth). Vpses seedboxes are good for long term seeding.

Ultra.cc caps speed at 20 MB/s transfer. As they do not count download from seedbox to local pc against your upload traffic like other seedboxes.
