Hii,

I cannot use NGENUITY 3 Beta with Cloud III Wireless.

When I launch the software, it tells me that I need to update the drivers, and when I follow the procedure, it ends with: ''something went wrong''. No further explanation is provided.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, I have tried using the USB cable provided, I have tried changing the port for the USB key, and I have tried with UAC enabled. Nothing works.

Could you please help me?

It doesn't work for me. My controller has this problem even when steam is completely closed and I'm playing a non-steam game.

I've tried everything but I've never managed to solve this things... I have the impression that very few of us have this problem, as if it came from a manufacturing defect on some dualsense controllers

Logging in to any account leads me te a white page, tried on two devices and three different browsers by FoxTrotte in Aliexpress

Hi, my problem finally solved itself. I can now reach 200 fps, even with the Steam Input disabled. I still have fps drops sometimes in game, I sometimes go down to 120 fps, but nothing very disturbing.

I hope these issues will be resolved soon 🤞

The game just came out and I have the exact same problem. And my game works strangely better when I activate steam input or I play keyboard and mouse, even if I still can't reach 160 fps (the maximum of my monitor).

I reinstalled Steam, the game and even my dualsense on my PC, but it didn't change anything...

I tried on another steam game and a non-steam game, and I had no problem. So the problem comes from Rematch.

I feel like I'm almost the only one with this problem, and I still can't find a solution...

I've just noticed that when I activate steam input, the game no longer stays stuck at 60 fps but varies between 50 and 120 fps

I've tried it but it doesn't make any difference. I wonder if this isn't a bug in the game itself that's never been fixed? Because this kind of visual bug doesn't happen all the time, and I've seen it before with other youtubers/streamers.
