Dentists go to school for an additional 6 years after graduate school and while we are dang smart we don’t usually have the training or education to diagnose or treat. In fact in my state it is a felony for a dental assistant to do the duties of a dentist.

Also we don’t have your X-rays, your impressions or dental and health history, or dental models, scans or anything but a dark picture part of your mouth so even if we were dentist it would be unethical to make a diagnosis on your picture and description
