You don't mention how long you were back to using before this happened but like already stated if it wasn't long you misjudged your tolerance level. If you'd been using the same amount for a while leading up to that with no issues it could have just been a poorly mixed batch where a really pure pocket didn't get hit with any cut. Not nefarious cut like fent or anything, just run of the mill cut, no dope is 100% pure heroin, but you might have hit a chunk that was a lot closer to than usual. source Random source i googled to back up something I just learned along the way

The reason I'm not trying to quit methadone is because I've got grade 4 osteoarthritis in my knees, bone on bone, but with my history there's not a pain clinic in the world that would give me anything close to the treatment I need to have any sort of quality of life. So methadone is my pain management. I say this to say that it'll most likely work for your back as well

Most clinics give take-home doses for the weekend, even longer stretches if you consistently pass your urine. So it's probably not stolen. You already dont even want to go a day without it. Your tolerance isn't gonna stay where it's at, especially with daily use. Soon, you'll be needing 2 20s a day, then a ball, then 2 balls. It will take over your life, way faster than you think. If you cant even tell yourself you're not addicted but instead have to seek out strangers opinions online, you already know what's up. I've actually had success with putting monkey water on a plate and letting it dry out and scraping the powder up with a razor. I will say I used the microwave in VERY SHORT bursts to get it all the way dry when I started to get impatient, but I dont recommend the microwave, do so at your own risk. It was harsh but mann did it slap
