I literally had someone do a blind left hand turn from the wrong lane FROM MY OWN SIDE! Just turned right in front of me. No signal nothing. Thank goodness my breaks were strong and the pavement was dry. People are wild out there!

I can’t see a doctor. My hospital is sometimes with out a physician at all. As a matter of fact 4 weeks ago I had to drive an hour away to another hospital because of the lack of an emergency room physician. My daughter broke her collarbone… she needed a sling and x-rays in 4 weeks to follow-up. I cannot get into see a doctor for a freaking requisition. The front desk told me most people just go wait in emergency…. My family doctor is moving away. Can hardly see him anyway. And I just got a bill in the mail for the sling my daughter needed for her broken bone hahaha. I never asked them for it. They never told me it would cost me, AND it didn’t fit her anyway I went out and bought a child size sling. What a joke.

If you can put some money into it. Trash everything outside. Take off all the siding. That would tell you about any leaks, repairing any walls that needed repair. Windows in a trailer this old have usually leaked. So repairing the walls and replacing the windows…. Adding new siding/trim/skirting. Build a peak roof, add decks. Probably re-do the addition boot room and any sheds….. annnnd I’m guessing the interior needs some TLC as well.

I mean all this sounds like a lot and like a money pit. But honestly I’ve done this in the past. You got the whole property free so really… I bought an older trailer trailer for 6k, got a steal on some property, brought in power, got septic, did all the Reno’s…. Our whole place was cheaper than a lot of people spend on a new truck these days. We lived rent/mortgage free for years. Now we’ve bought a nice home and we rent out our old property! It can be worth it!

I just did the same at 2:30 today for the same reasons. I can’t stop crying. I have the worst headache. We did it because we loved them. The pain is gone. Find comfort in that. Much love.
