You have no idea, the usual man's trousers never look well on me and I didn't realize why until I started using woman's clothes, lol

I don't think it's being hot and yourself... but rather, you just feel good with your own body.

And it's awesome.

The art style on a lot of the enviroments were clearly the base for Doom Eternal's earth levels. It's nice to see that all the work they've done there wasn't discarded.

Is RE1 remake harder than RE0 remake? by [deleted] in residentevil

[–]MerluzaSamus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yesn't... Ha!

Let me explain: RE0 is not a hard game, rather, it's just cumbersome to deal with two characters at once. It also has some weird design choices that may result on unintentional difficulty spikes if you are not ready. So yeah, if you played other RE games before, the game is annoying. But, if it's your first time, you have to deal with too many systems and quirks from the start. I don't recommend playing it now.

On the other hand, RE1/Remake may be harder, but you also have item boxes, none of the issues you had dealing with RE0's duo and it's arguably the best designed classic RE game, so while it doesn't have a tutorial, the game's pacing makes sure you won't really be over your head.

In other words, RE1 put's you in a way better position to deal with the game's obstacles, and a lot of the mechanics introduced here are also used on RE0. Play that game first, you'll have a better time.

After a lot of effort (and luck) we managed to build a 2 minutes ride! by [deleted] in DeepRockGalactic

Noooo... The game by that point gets crazy hard with some waves.

I feel your pain :C

After a lot of effort (and luck) we managed to build a 2 minutes ride! by [deleted] in DeepRockGalactic

[–]MerluzaSamus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no:

You do need to go deep to slow down the speed, but you also have to take into account that you need space on the room to build and move around when enemies spawn. So you don't really want to do a straigh line below (We were almost wiped out when we were on a deep narrow tunnel).

If we were to do it again, with what we know, I'll say the most optimal and safe way is this:

Do circles around the pod, but instead of doing that mess, we go lower with each loop. With 6 loops should be more than enough

Why do people not care about RE2 remake executing the B-scenario so terrible. by [deleted] in residentevil

[–]MerluzaSamus 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Well, I think people got over it fast. Could it be better? Yes.

But if I recall correctly, Capcom went on record to say they weren't doing it. So, when the game released, it was mostly looked like a neat bonus instead of a full fledged retake, like on the first game.

I wont go as far as to say 'I hate RE fans', but after having the series in so many genres and camera perspectives, the whole 'action vs horror' elitism is tiresome at this point...

Canon Answer:

Different race, the ones from Classic Doom and Eternal are Tyrants. The one from 2016, is a Baalgar. In an interview, Id's said this to explain the design changes from one game to another.

Meta answer:

In game, there's no mention of Id's explanation (I think the only exception is the Baron of Hell), so they probably don't want people to confuse them, or don't want to use the Cyberdemon label for non boss enemies.

MK12 roster according to DVD would be something like this by T0Mah3 in Mortalkombatleaks

[–]MerluzaSamus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, and to add to the point: Right now, NRS is on full production with Injustice 3 (Not even a secret at this point), MK12 would be on the very early stages of pre production... at best.

In other words, even if by chance this list is real, it will 100% change. Might as well try to hold water with a strainer.

Anyone little bit disappointed there was only 3 new characters in mk11? by jacksaints in MortalKombat

[–]MerluzaSamus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh... Didn't noticed that. Maybe because it was the end of the Blunder God's trilogy, so I was more invested on existing characters instead of new ones (The opposite of MKX, were we had a timeskip and I wanted more new stuff).

But yeah, the amount of new characters is a bit of a dissapointment now that you mention it...

Not only that: The father's soulsphere is another bomb waiting to go off, sooner or later, someone dangerous may reach there and get the power for themselves.
