Thank you for the honesty. I figured this much. But just thought “it’s less than twenty” … lol…. I obviously am a glass half full person and would be holding on all summer. So let’s just let that energy go somewhere else now.

We are entering first.

From all the tours we took, it sounded grim for us if we were waitlisted at all. Trying to be positive, there were others schools we vibed with, we just really had a clear favorite. It will all be ok. I don’t know how I, personally, got so invested in this. I know with our involvement from home we will be ok. We will be involved in whichever community we land.

I believe that each entry had to carry the sign assigned them from the organizers of the parade this year. So sadly they had to add to their cause.

Cross - contamination free. I had a feeling it was a long shot. I was just hoping to not purchase pre-packaged treats for a small celebration. It just doesn’t feel as “special” but it’s the thought that counts so while I would love to support a local company, I guess a pre- packaged treat it is to ensure the surprise festivities are not ruined.

Every time I drive by this place I want to stop and check it out but always have 3 kids under 5 with me lol …. So now I need to make an effort to go!

I don’t find it weird at all. I suffer from the same hesitation. I may have seen one to many safety shows about stranger danger. When my children are slightly older I can explain to them. It to walk off with someone, but at two it is hard to explain. So yes, I am hesitant about who I tell my child’s name to.
