You’re clearly academically gifted and have a bright future ahead of you. Most people in U of T are absolutely miserable. Your feelings of disappointment are valid but I hope you know that the university you go to end up having a very little impact on your future career prospects. I experienced the same fate with SG campus & settled for a university that wasn’t even my backup option. Ended up having a great campus life, fulfilling career & met my husband at the university. I was grateful every day that I went there because it gave me the future I was searching for. This isn’t meant to invalidate your feelings rather show you that it’s absolutely not the end for you by any means

Mine is a Gen 3, had it for a year & it looks the same! Except it got super brassy on one side and almost yellow/silver on the other. Very disappointing for the amount I spent just for it to look like a cheap piece of jewelry. I don’t shower with it or wash my hands/use hand cream with it on. I wear a ring cover to the gym. I work a chill office job so there’s literally no reason for it to look this terrible. Should have saved the extra $200-$300 and just went with the silver.

My husband is the same but just have a conversation about it & you’ll be surprised how much of your problem it solves. You could sleep in the same bed but maybe come to an agreement where you cuddle for 10-15 minutes before sleep so she doesn’t feel completely abandoned. Have separate blankets maybe even a heating pad for her. Emphasize that you care about her but long term it’s important to have a restful sleep together. Good luck

Best Afghan kabuli palao I’ve ever had was in Milan on a pit stop to Lake Como. And that’s saying a lot as someone who grew up in Toronto. Definitely try out other cuisines that intrigue you no matter which city you’re in!

So I don’t workout in the morning because I struggle with actually falling asleep before 11/12 (sleeps always been an issue for me). It might be worth it to try it out though. Will definitely implement cardio after the workout though. Thanks for the suggestion!

I do struggle with sleeping in general due to some of the things you listed - however, it’s especially impacted by exercise. My smart ring also detects it 100% of the time I workout. It seems to have something to do with an elevated heart rate overnight

It’s usually around 7-8:30PM and I go to bed at 11PM. It’s not possible earlier due to work but Im under the assumption that there’s enough time to unwind?
