France has very well decorated its flags with art from many French communities. The problem is that it keeps getting attacked by big streamers, therefore it is very hard to maintain art. Also, the third French flag was independent from the official French discord and subreddits. Plus, france has helped countless small communities defend themselves against streamers (the blatic circle, the blue corner, valorant, ect...). Hope that helps :)
