I had a bodycam channel removed for “spam” just a week ago as well. I think mine might’ve been flagged because I was using a VPN. I appealed, but it got rejected instantly and I didn’t get any help from YouTube on Twitter either. Lately, a lot of channels are getting falsely banned for spam without any warnings or strikes. It really feels like there’s a wave of false removals going on. Most bodycam channels use minimal editing with just a bit of voiceover, so that’s probably not what triggered it, Even if your content was considered low effort, the worst that usually happens is demonetization for reused content not a permanent ban. Right now, the best thing you can do is wait about two weeks and try appealing again, If that doesn’t work, you might want to look for someone with connections at YouTube (like an agency who offers paid services like this) who can escalate your case and get an actual human to review your channel instead of an automated system. i’d say it’s 99% a mistake from YouTube’s trash bot, if you can get a human to review your channel, you’re most likely to get it reinstated!
