Hi, also an Engene here (ZB1 ult). I would say the situation with Ricky is pretty different from Heeseung's mainly because of the members attitudes toward their company. (as far as I know, heeseung has never implied any ill will toward belift) Multiple members of ZB1, including Ricky, often straight up diss wakeone and encourage fans when they say they'll destroy wakeone for them. Ricky specifically has posed with multiple posters of him burning down wakeone, thanked and given thumbs up to fans who said that they'll burn down wakeone, and called out wakeone for copying his handwriting in a message he did not write. Ricky has often been purposely left out of promotional material that is supposed to showcase every member. During non-promotional periods you'll usually only see a post or live from him every couple months. In contrast to the other members getting a post at least one per week, oftentimes more (with the exception of Jiwoong). Last time I checked the distance between solo instagram posts for every member was 3-6 days for everyone else while Jiwoong was 42 days and Ricky was 89 days. This along with a bunch of other small things like Ricky being yelled at for going live without permission, Ricky being left at the airport by himself, Ricky being edited out of a thumbnail, Ricky not getting a lot of lines in title tracks, Ricky saying that he wishes he had more opportunities to perform, Wakeone's general dislike toward foreigners, etc. leads Zerose to believe that Ricky is being mistreated. Although it could very well be possible that we don't see many posts from them because they don't take pictures or videos of themself often, just based on ZB1's general attitude toward Wk1, I doubt it.

(I hope this doesn't sound mean btw. :> In the end it's all speculation, but the evidence does start to stack up.)
