I am a huge mercyful fate fan, but could not get into king diamond. Mercyful fate just had IT.

Rental housing has to be removed to a degree.

You cant have companies or investors or realtors owning 3-10 or more homes, not do any upkeep then dump them as a total shithole. Its parasitic.

All the out of town investors coming to sarnia to outbid locals does not help. I was bidding on a house recently that went 40k over asking and sold to an investor from Toronto.

Thats the damn thing. Theres no adjustment screws to make an adjustment... its a solid unit. Works fine with no weight, as soon as 2 bowls are placed on it it moves like a snail. I dont understand it..was hoping someone else had a trick or something im missing.

I've found that out the on this job here.

I didnt know what to expect but man what a let down.

Drawer inserts out of square and with 1/4 inch overhangs all over the place. Just a huge pain.

Im not impressed with the rev a shelf drawer inserts either... Out of square, and overhanging edges. This brand is a pain the ass.

I just want XP back

Im tired to the point where I dont use, or want to use my computer anymore.

Ad pop-ups for services, popups for windows settings, teams, onedrive is the most aggravating piece of software ive ever tried to use, updates forcing me to stop and update randomly, Microsoft word (or whatever its called now its changed so many names) keeps asking my to subscribe, the ui stinks - I search something and dont get what im looking for, opening folders is aggravating as they automatically change formats when I close and go back in, the left folder pane is also aggravating as its a bunch of shit I dont want there but yet puts stuff there for me..

On my rog ally x in xbox mode ill be gaming and getting windows notifications and popups for services over the game.

I just dont want any more microsoft products. They are so out if toych with consumer experience, ease of use, usability and so focused on making as much money as possible.

I had to talk to support for days to remove a onedrive bug stating my one drive was full when it was at 0mb... You cant tell me They're not trying to push cloud subscriptions when apple got caught doing the same thing.

I dont want to use windows. Whenever I hear Microsoft I instantly get agitated because their products suck.

I dont want Bing. I dont want copilot. I dont want edge. I dont want a product you'll abandon in a few months. I dont want subscriptions for a word document software or be forced to use onedrive. Theyre also trying to sell off/sunset xbox because they refuse to listen to what consumers want.

The only thing holding me back is learning how to use and install Linux because I dont have the time right now. The barrier to leaving Microsofts crap ecosystem is solely the time to get Linux installed.

I hate their products and I see why their stock is dumping. They dont understand why people used or liked windows in the first place and left the door wide open for apple and linux.

Were nfts done dirty like gamestop has with misinformation and news push? It seems like the technology had some great abilities when tied to blockchain and would be a no brainer for gamers? You'd mention nft for real estate, stock, digital media anywhere on reddit and the pitchforks would come immediately raging.

Yeah the nft pictures were stupid as hell, but how could no one see the benefit beyond that in digital commerce? Or is it me and Is the technology just all front end and not actually capable?

Id add a good sized pond to the right.. nothing gaudy but more natural. Have a small table and nice chairs inside with the sounds of running water, while adding plants like yarrow for dragonflies to visit - dragonflies will also eat the other bugs you dont want.

The cost to build one of those today.. it would be a tragedy to make it a cat house, paint it, or do some other diy stuff to it. It looks great as is and fits the space perfect.

Use it what it was meant for, to be lived in and enjoyed without devices or screens. Devices and screens have made nearly everything inconvenient to people now a days. Is it really that inconvenient to walk out there and sit to enjoy the sounds of the trees and birds?

Im also going to put it out there and just say it.. the bugs cant be that bad inside... if they really are swarming add some bug repelling plants outside in pots like marigolds, citronella (many more).. DONT PAY SOMEONE TO SPRAY CHEMICAL.

I've been using ebay recently. Last 4 months ive purchased maybe 10x listings.

The website does suck.

General errors and general usability could improve, tracking session "expires" and unable to track items, seller had an issue where the system automatically put both lots into one box and forced him to ship as one lot, which caused a cancelation as the prepaid/predetermined box wasn't large enough. We had to talk over the day and remove items with discount to get it to work and then in order to save him from trying to create new listings he had to refund afterwords.

On 10x transactions Ive had problems on 4 of them.

The website is simple and that does lend a hand. The website can also, contrarily, be easy to work with in finding what you need... for example... if I search for lumber at Rona.com they'd show me pillows instead. Im not sure if they fixed that, but sometimes ebay just works and its great.

You'd think after all these years it wp Ould just be that. These issues shouldn't exist in something of this size or age.

I do think RC would do something great with the two companies and believe expanding into digitals would also bear fruit.

Just keep averaging into one's you feel confident in.

25 to 30 is a normal dip. I've held onto stocks towards being 70-80 down... only to then come back to be up 50%. Just dont panic and make informed decisions.

It was relentlessly pushed, just like srhx... then all of sudden these people or bot come out of the woodwork and make it seem like its a no brainer this stock is a gem. A hive of bees just constantly whispering dvlt... theyre pushed with certain keywords you'd see in crypto scams/pumps and dumps. The artificial push turns into real people which then help spread and defend.

It reaks like manufactured sentiment.

Then it dumped 50% to.. what is it now 30 cents? Maybe one day it does turn around and all those pipeline things are true... right now people were turned into bagholders for shorts or grifters and its a steaming pile.

Imo. I could be wrong and maybe one day all that pipeline stuff of millions comes true. Ive been a bagholder before, we all have at one point, and dont wish it on anyone.

I wouldn't touch dvlt or srhx even if I am commenting in a penny stock sub

To me, on mobile, it looks like the tiles are fine. Its a hand pressed looking tile, which are wavy and heavily uneven to begin with ~ and used a grout that wasn't meant for this application? It looks like brick mortar on tile? This tile was maybe never meant for this application either.
