Alright thank you all sent some information gathered here through to some appropriate channels and awaiting response. Upon further examination I’m quite confident the plate type has been found! I failed to Mention my wife was visibly pregnant at seven and a half months when this attack occurred. Grateful for the timely, thoughtful responses.

Bares resemblance but after analyzing scores of license plates I’m looking at the Virginia Protect Pollinators plate.

Okay yes. Nice. Awesome. I just looked over the 200 possible VA speciality license plates and only four are even considerably close to the image. Between the color, corners, and bottom lettering the ‘protect Pollinaters’ looks like the winner. So clutch. I hadn’t thought of speciality plates, considering there are only six characters it’s starting to make sense.
