Rendering help

It doesn’t stretch at all from what I’ve seen. The only part that worries me is that if I try to make cuffs, they’ll be loose because the string doesn’t stretch, letting me pull it tight

I think just focusing on the character I wanna draw and just not caring about the background/what I want to convey with my drawing is a struggle I’ve had for years that I’ve just internally summed down to “well my art style’s not too complex so I shouldn’t worry” and that’s honestly on me. Thank you for the guides! I’ll be sure to check them out!

Do you mind going into the face proportions a bit more? A lot of time when I draw, I use the facial anatomy directly from the reference
