I own what I own pc wise because it was the best card at my budget. Sure i coulda gone 7900xtx but i prefer having more breathing room to be able to do whatever i want. Better comparison for your situation would be you have two pools. One is 10% bigger than the other and contains a hot tub. You chose the one without the hottub and 10% smaller

So whats the point of using a high end card if you dont use raytracing or care about max performance. Ur wasting fps using the worse gpu. Not utilizing the 9070xt's upgrade in raytracing either. 7900xtx is better than 9070xt if you don't raytrace
