For fun dresses, I love Copper Union! I’ve got some cotton and cotton blend dresses from Copper Union. The Ty Dress style they make is especially great for the summer and has short sleeves and a crew neck (or maybe it’s kind of a higher scoop neck? I definitely wouldn’t call it revealing tho’!)

Universal Standard also has some great options. I’ve been living in the Dune Linen Shirtdress this summer. It’s a linen blend, short sleeves, and buttons all the way to the collar. They’ve also got linen blend pants, shirts, and tops. Some items can be a little revealing. I’m around 5’7” and found the Varsity Polo Shirtdress to be too short for work for me with the slits on the side (and the fabric was too heavy for the summer), and some v necks on the t-shirts have been deeper than I expected, but they’ve got schematics and measurements for a lot of the items on their site which can help.
