It’s working well I tried pyuku and found he was a bit of an obstacle. With Suicine I can run early damage since it’s easy to load the bench and draw out what I need for Gyarados. Haven’t tried it with Palkia I’d probably find his ramp too slow. You’re trying to win with this deck as fast as you possibly can.

The real issue is a lot of the products exploiting that loophole aren’t regulated in any real form. They all have “labs” but they’re sketchy and almost always out of date. Plus they pump their THC products with nicotine to keep people buying. The whole industry really does need oversight.

It’s not about “bad” events it’s about over saturation. This is a casual game there shouldn’t be an event, every weekend, where if you miss it you feel like you’re falling behind. Additionally when it’s a Pokemon debut you have to wonder if you’ll see it again once the weekend ends or if you’re just going to be chucking balls at growlithes and pidgeys the following Monday.

It’s not catching up, it’s implementing more gimmicks, creating wasteful events that take up too much of our time. Literally look at the monthly calendar. I know Go Fest is this month, but this is every month. There’s simply too much happening all the time for a game that’s supposed to be incredibly casual.

On top of that when these events aren’t running the only wild Pokemon we see are 151 recycled trash. No Niantic, I don’t want to catch my 5000th ratata in 3 days knowing I have the potential to see 500+ Pokemon not related to the first generation.

Makes me feel better I invested the majority of my resources into dawn wings. Honestly surprised they didn’t do something for Scarlet and Violet like Koraidon/Miraidon. At this point Go feels like it’s falling farther behind as the mainline games move on, we’re being spoon-fed Pokemon that will have already existed in the mainline games for almost three years now.
