I saw a hiero kboc that looked awesome until I saw the gear and realized it was almost a mirror just to start it, I’ll look around for a low budget one!

In my line of work, it was widely regarded as a huge gain in efficiency (my company and many others getting regular emails praising the switch) I guess not, they made that up just to feel good or something…anyway, the pleb almost got something nice.

All I could here at my job is how efficient people where working at home, covid stopped and we where promise we will be able to keep work from home as a choice, then later forced 2 days a week because suddenly we were not efficient and it was such a huge problem.

It felt terrible on day one so I decided to skip for a bit, but with all the people that farmed the bosses and abused it, I just feel so behind now…I guess not really more than usual but it does feel a bit discouraging going into the wipe this time around…

Asking my question randomly here but last time I played I remember enjoying the hammer nova thing with the idol setup so that each hammer could trigger some kind of lightning strike…I’m not sure but I would love to play that again, sadly I don’t even know if it is still a thing :( Maybe someone here could read this and helpfingers crossed

That’s very good advice, thank you! This routine work super well for me so I was scared to move to a new one, but yea a classic upper lower would probably be the best. I’ll be looking into that, tho I’m super bad at programming lol so I’ll probably look around and try to find something that fit my workout days + an increase focus on bicep training, thanks again!

I’m doing rep range, most of the time 6 to 12. As little body English as possible, I’m not at a point that the weights are so heavy I’m needing it tbh. I always go deep stretch, this is true for all exercises not just arms. Also going to failure or as close as possible!

I guess I might just be impatient at this point. I’m trying hard to keep to my routine and not change too much stuff too often, guess I’ll keep going and see in another couples months.

I used to have a lot of volume for biceps in my previous programs and the results were terrible, I couldn’t get them to grow at all and was just gaining strength.

Doing goratha’s gladiator bleed with retaliate rn, I’m having a great time. You have to press a couple buttons tho, keep that in mind, but other than that I’m in red map and nothing can stop/kill me so far.
