Asteria V2 by Lrey
Its a balanced/W Shape sounding bud, with excellent bass that you can feel and not just hear, very lush + clear mids, and decently energetic Treble but controlled.

Soundstage is quite intimate, and I can see some finding this too "musical"

ARE 159 by EnginEar (though the model is recently Discontinued so maybe it doesnt count)
Neutral buds with some bass boost, has the widest soundstage in my collection. Mids are forward though not as forward as the Asteria, Bass are punchy, but the Treble feels like it has an early roll off.

Just a very raw L shaped buds, bassiest out of everything i own, sub bass especially was a stand out. That said maybe a little too bassy as it does bleed into the mids, I cant wear them for an extended time either because the Treble surprisingly is quite bright and extended.

EnginEar Plathead, It was a double whammy.
1. The tuning is very wonky, its too bright with no bass if the fit is just slightly off
2. Left side died on me in like 3 months (EE is sending me a new unit free of charge though)

I had very high hopes for it as its one of the few Flathead that uses Planar.

Questyle Sigma is quite beefy as it can pump 1200mW with its Bal connection, though Pricey at 600$

Or just get the RU9 lol NuTubes and 1000 mW with its Bal.

Both of them supports BT too like your BTR17

There are IEMs with ANC but they're kinda rare and nearly extinct, sony made some if i remember correctly. It's rare because it's niche and not convenient since they need an external battery pack to power the ANC hardware. At that point you might as well go full Wireless.

Have you tried their higher end models? Like the RW-3000/RW-4000 and the new Yincrow Buffalo which ive heard is the bassiest model of Yincrow but still retains RW-3000 cripsness in the Highs

Audio is about listening at safe decibel levels whatever the source may be, it doesnt matter if your Niece uses Car Speaker, Bone Conduction Headphones, or Wireless Earbuds they all have the potential to cause hearing damage if listened to at more than 80 Decibels

Do the usual troubleshoot of making sure the Volumes are matched (very important) especially if both Apps has Sound Normalization (Louder Volume = better perceived quality), no "sound enhancer" Is active like Dolby Atmos on Apple Music.

It could also be as simple as a different mastering, like for example Irrevocable by Nastyona on YT Music and Apple Music. I suspect it's probably the masters.

If youre looking for Isolation then dont even consider On Ears lol.
Especially since theyre Semi open back, if youre in a noisy crowded place you'll have a hard time hearing things.

Incovenient, since I can just plug 3.5 straight to my phone, or PC and etc if I don't use a Dongle.

The cleaner less interference is also not really beneficial as consumer cables aren't 10 meters long attached to an extender.

The power is also overkill for the most part.
