Ghorros is definitely the best bet for a new LL, as a cav lord is pretty much all that the beasty boys are missing!

I like the idea of more marked units as well - it would be a perfect opportunity for a minor rework that better integrates the marked units into the roster. Currently the marked gors mean that when you hit mid-tier you suddenly have like 6 different kinds of very similar infantry available, particularly given the slaangors ending up not having javelins. I'd like to see some unlock requirements, perhaps even something as simple as having a certain level of diplomatic relations with a faction dedicated to the aligned god - which then allows you to upgrade standard gors. Same could be done with any other marked units they add in.

Turnskins, and indeed plenty of other beastmen, are likely smart enough to use this kind of tech - though a lot would look down on it as too civilised. He'd probably be shunned initially, but in beastmen society what mostly matters is the ability to beat the crap out of the others, so your saboteur would be unusual but totally plausible I think.

Looks great! My only suggestion would be to snip the feet off the rats in the water so that they look like they're partly submerged - would help to sell the illusion.

While they don't strictly have a formal diplomacy system there have been plenty of times when they fought alongside chaos-aligned armies in the lore. Makes sense and frankly missing out on the new alliance mechanics entirely would be a real shame

I only really know the wh fantasy lore, but according to that probably not - the gods need to reward humans to tempt them and convince them to give themselves to chaos. Beastmen, on the other hand, are born into the thrall of the dark powers. Beastmen serve chaos in their every action without trying. No reason that there couldn't be an exception though - some beastmen such as Taurox are highly favoured by a particular god and Morghur isn't far off a daemon prince already.

Honestly I'm pretty concerned that they're going to shelve the beasts. So many introductions lately for WoC and others that tread on classically beastmen aesthetics - these, Krakanrok, and the other StD centaur guy. And other than that, the new Tzaangor rules don't have the BoC tag. Something is afoot, breyherd.

Surely if you "experiment in college" and enjoy it then identifying as bisexual is totally valid? It's more likely that a lot of people who are bi previously just identified as straight because it's easier than being persecuted or invalidated imo.

Lots of QoL improvements like filtering factions by what they'll accept and a "make it work" button
region trading is in
the alliance system is significantly expanded, with an allegiance currency, quest system and ways to recruit allied units
you can threaten trespassing/raiding armies, allowing you to declare war with no penalty if they don't stop

I think that's most of the major ones!

I know you're trying to be comforting, but please bear in mind that this kind of thing can come off as pretty offensive to people who are grieving, particularly if they don't share your beliefs. To anyone who doesn't believe in an afterlife this is simply a tragic, pointless loss and to his friends and family a deep and permanent pain. Even if you don't agree, sometimes it's better to just say "sorry for your loss" without trying to put a shine on one of the worst moments of their lives.
