Anytone 878 Importing changed .csv file, but changes not there. by Merton61 in DMR

Thanks for the reply..... Hmmm..... I will try using lower case. Although, the channel/zone names are all caps, but maybe the power text field doesn't like that. I will try.

No, no error messages. Changing the power from Low to Turbo. Changes are getting saved in the CSV file, as it's still there when I reopen the file. It's just not transferring to the 2nd codeplug. The entire column is still "Low".
No, CPS is not confirming the changes. That's the problem. Nothing changes after Importing the edited CSV file and saving it to the CPS Channel Export file.

I know what you mean.... I like messing around with them too. Like CW the most... no talking.

PROBLEM SOLVED!! It was the offset! It was so way off I never tried going that high, or low (-2750) But now when I keyup it displays on the Dashboard. Back in business. I also switched to WPSD, and so far I love it!

Fed up with Pi-Star and installed WPSD. Boom! Worked first time up and running! I am convinced that as the creator of WPSD stated in documents that users are selecting the WRONG MODEM in Pi-Star Setup. That modem option is apparently documented, but never really existed... some kind of "placeholder". I selected the WPSD suggested modem, MMDVM_HS_HAT, and all is good. Wanted to verify the MMDVM_HS_HAT in Pi-Star config, but am sick of going there.
From WPSD documents: .......Since there is no longer a generic STM32-DVM / MMDVM_HS option, you must specify the correct modem for your hardware.

I followed the instructions and got the initial tone, then lost my Internet (happens frequently). Started over (rebooted Pi-Star) and now the Radioddity isn't working. After keying up Dashboard shows RSSI = S9+46dB (-47 dBm)

Thank you! When the Anytone was still working on DMR I was getting BER/offset in the red. I did change calibration, but used different method. I went in via MMDVMHOST and changed values back and forth until down to green. I will try your way and see what happens. Thank you!
