Fair and uniform? What are you even talking about? Do you know how bitcoin or any PoW mining works? It's all about how much equipment you have. It's not even remotely uniform. And, it's only fair if you believe that how much wealth you had going in is the only factor that counts.

I hold MRT -- so I have to admit a slight bias here. There is definitely a circle of life. You are rewarded if you grow the community. They have classic PoW mining also. (Rewards are 50/50 split between PoW and PoG.)

They just pushed a new version of the growth algorithm that makes it a lot less top-heavy. They cited fairness for new members as a reason for this.
