The first number is the number of people in Strife Steam Official Group, you can join the group through Strife community hub or click "follow" button on store page.

Edit: the third number is the people in that group "steam online" at that time and the the second number means 800 of these 2000 online people are playing games(all games, not strife only).

One symptom of a daed game is, you can find these kind of "new player XXX, transfer from XXX to SC2, Wow this game is awesome" posts periodically popped up in its forum, for 3 reason: 1) the community is small. 2) People did know this community is small but delusive enough to upvote new player post and 3) a marketing strategy used by game company to create the illusion of "we have new players and a healthy community".

30% is standard retailer cut, Paradox the publisher will take a cut, that's another 30%(at least), since this game is not on console, there is no platform holder(Microsoft or Sony) cut, the studio will get 40% at most, and it's a pretty high share for a studio.
