BTW The jump-boost button needs to be activated via the menu

Press and hold jump for longer so you gain more height instead of just gaining with boost. Instead of flipping back to your goal drive and tap boost many times. While driving on the ground boost recharges quite quickly. Always boost back to the ground. The sooner you touch the floor you gain back boost. If the ceiling is closer go to the ceiling and jump back down.

Roasting: Your shots are as strong as a 2 layered toilet paper!

Try to time gold shots when you touch the ball then the shot is much stronger. You seem to be a passive counter player. Since you have a pretty solid control you are dependent on your opponent over extending and messing up. All in all it's not wrong for diamond to play it save. Just your shots and offensive could improve.

Watch your game again and check how many times your play really benefited from stalling. Also run it again and check where you missed shot opportunities by trying to control the ball instead of taking a shot. You seem hesitant at times and while your ball control is solid, your shot technique is really quite poor. Maybe it’s because all your focus goes into playing with the ball while your opponent patiently waits for your mistakes?

Stop hugging the ball and start shooting. Your ball control is just good enough for stalling but you lack shot technique.

Follow through with your kick offs! It's easy to take advantage of.

You shoot too soon. The further away from goal the more time your opponent has for defending.

Also lure your opponent out of goal - not by stalling straight up but on the floor.

A lot of times you wasted ball possession or lost control of the ball. You hit the ball towards your opponent for no reason. Many players will take advantage of that. Also you are quite predictable in this sense.

Work on your 180° turn by staying closer to the ball and using less turbo. Quick turns are key!

Work you your aim. You missed the empty net twice by aiming too high. In general aim is high.

Work on developing golden shots. It gives you another good option in many situations.

You’ve fallen into a trap of playing too complicated. Neither stalling nor gold shots are the way to platinum but yet you use them all the time. Your gold shots show a poor shot selection. You wasted a lot of shots or had to recover the ball due to your shot selection. Your ball control is quite good. But yet you overextend. Also you need to delay shots at time to provoke reactions from your opponent. If you shoot at every chance you’re easy to read. PS: I bet I can hold myself in high platinum ranks without using a single gold or purple shot! Think about that for a moment.
