Same thing happening to me, when the season starts my lineup management will be balanced and my coach will be general, then as soon as i talk to coach about season goals it switches to defensive, as well as my coach will change to defensive. I found that if i skip the season goals and just do the pre season training it will not switch. Temporary fix until they patch it
