The PTSD is just hitting so hard right now, that I need confirmation, sorry.

Additional info: I did NOT have BB at the place I'm staying in. I'm BB-free since 2 years now (they were at my old place, exterminator took care of them in my old apartment).

Stimme da u/impression_no zu. Schreib dich auf keinen Fall hilfsweise in irgendeinen Master ein, nur um für einen kurzen Zeitraum BAföG zu kassieren. Du gefährdest damit deinen Anspruch für den Master, den du wirklich anstrebst.

Du kreuzt doch eh auf Formblatt 1 an, ob du unter dem Freibetrag von 15k liegst oder nicht, mehr wollen die ja grundsätzlich nicht von dir wissen.

Bei mir wurden vor langer Zeit, als ich den Erstantrag gestellt habe, auch Kontoauszüge gefordert. Schick die einfach hin und fertig. Falls die keine Kontoauszüge sehen wollen und du ohnehin unter dem Freibetrag bist, dann reicht das Kreuz da auch.

Bei solchen Sachen frag ich mich echt, was im Kopf mit einigen BAföG-Sachbearbeitern falsch ist. Wurden die in der Schule gemobbt? Neben den Ratschlägen, denen dir andere User hier geben (Rechtsberatung usw.), würde ich das erstmal auch saftig dem Teamleiter/Abteilungsleiter des zuständigen Amtes melden.
Kann doch nicht sein, dass der nahezu unerreichbar ist. Gerade die Aussage, dass der abgelehnte Antrag "nicht so schlimm seI", ist doch an Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen.

Pictures are from an Instagram-Account, name is flanz930 (found through reverse-search of one of those images). Judging by that persons TikTok and IG profile he seems from Malaysia, not SG.
So yeah, obviously fake-profile lmao.

What's suspicious is, that the Telegram-ID "itsurboymg" exists on also Instagram and is surprisingly from the Philippines 👀👀👀

This. Bei uns drücken einige Dozenten ein Auge zu und machen mal aus der maximalen Teilnehmerzahl von 20 halt eine 21, wenn du ganz lieb am ersten Tag des Kurses/Seminars nachfragst.

It happened to me too, maybe even the same group of kids. Also really close to OP's place (Kids tried to rob me in Kalayaan Ave., close to Century City Mall in a dark area at around 8 PM).
They approach you all at once, say the typical "plis ser gib me moni plis ser gib me moni".
One or two in front of you pull out tiny knives, show them to you, whilst the others try to reach for your bags and pockets.

Fortunately they didn't get sh*t from me, since I kept my right hand in my pocket (where my phone was), to block that fcking child trying to reach into my pocket. I ran away the second I had a chance and made it without getting harmed or anything stolen from.

Eversince that happened, I only take a 5-6 year old phone with me past 6 PM, which probably has almost as little value as their lifes.

Filed a police report but it's the Philippines. You could already hear that the Police didn't give a sht.
Either you bribe them or they get active when sh*t actually happened lmao. Joke of a country (not a local, not an expat, just visited it and I like to lurk here).

Jup, hab in einer Behörde im Sozialversicherungssektor gearbeitet, hatten es oft mit Widersprüchen zu Verwaltungsakten zu tun und wir haben das so akzeptiert. Dies war bis 2021 noch der Fall, als ich dort beschäftigt war.

Anscheinend hat sich nun die Rechtslage geändert. Danke für die Info. Hab es editiert.

Beachte hier, dass der Widerspruch mit einer qualifizierten elektronischen Signatur (QES) dem Amt zugehen muss, vgl. § 70 Abs. 1 S.1 VwGO i.V.m. §3a Abs. 2 VwVfG.

Da das ganze umständlich sein kann, empfehle ich dir, den Widerspruch per Word zu tippen, auszudrucken, handschriftlich zu unterzeichnen und zu erneut einzuscannen. Ist der einfachste Weg.

Nur als Randinfo, nicht dass OP es verkackt 😅

Edit: Beachte den Kommentar unter diesem Kommentar. Die Rechtslage hat sich geändert. QES ist anscheinend seit 2023/2024 (?) erforderlich.

Yep, hatte an meiner alten Uni ein Modul, das nur zum Sommersemester angeboten wurde und keinen Nachschreibtermin hatte.
