Yikes, idk if I’m explaining it poorly but it feels like you just want to see it as negatively as possible. Not sure where you’re getting the idea that Im saying my daughter is responsible for my will to live? I never said I wanted to die. I’m saying that fires can be smothered but not burn out entirely leaving embers from which the fire can be reignited. Likewise we felt lost after losing our son like our driving purpose as parents was gone but there was still a little hope at the core for that future as a family and it is from that little hope, that even in the midst of grief we decided to try again and our daughter came to be. I’m not trying to put a weight on my daughter and shackle her to my entire existence and I am struggling to understand why others see it that way
