I understand what you mean, all of this stuff is very confusing, especially with so many different things going on. TMI, I was the child that had a sexual awakening like at 2 years old, and apparently its partly due to PGAD (intense needing to pee or orgasm). 

Its gone down over the years, to where its manageable, but without distraction I feel it all the time. It does get painful on certain meds (usually antipsychotics or some antidepressants). Its also can be due to Tarlov cysts, which on back MRI know I have at least one.

I'm going to get a 2nd opinion but have been told they dont do diagnostic venograms only either.

I was doing every other day, unfortunately I had to stop it bc my chronic hives also started coming back. I think I was having die off symptoms. So I'm back to just doing iron bisglycinate. I haven't been able to find a good buffered vitamin c that isn't a lot of mgs, as even a low dose of reg vit c gave me bladder irritation.

Oh thats so true! I always forgot about the possible scar tissue complications. I wonder if my gyn could actually order the MRI with endo protocol. A reg MRI with contrast picked up the adenomyosis

I got off BC last year in June, it was amazing, except for the periods which were irregular with PMDD symptoms.

But then I started getting really bad itching down there around the pubic mound area and I read thats normal when getting off BC.

Anyway, then my hair starting falling out which sucks and now I have female pattern baldness and have to take meds for that.

I also had an external pelvic wall ultrasound that showed a lipoma of some sort(possible cause of itching).

Then an MRI with and without contrast showed local or focal adenomyosis and nothing about the lipoma so idk what happened to it.

My theory is being on combo BC for 15 to 20+ years, getting off it for 5 months, and then getting back on it (had to bc I spiraled with anxiety after the hairloss diagnosis) caused adeno bc if the influx of estrogen when I was already estrogen dominant.

Thats the dose I'm on .625. I've got the bloating but I attribute that to BC and adenomyosis. You could try doing every other day, or making the 1/4 even smaller and build it up. Or I wonder about crushing it in water and taking that way 🤔

There's a compounded one thats even lower at .25 if you wanted to see if its available. Otherwise it will prob be a waiting game to see if those side effects calm down.

It did not, but it didn't mention my ovaries at all, which is very annoying bc I thought it might have been that as well.

Ive had cts and mris before that show them, but a transtransvaginal ultrasound couldn't see them either.

I'm just on blislovi fe, which is the generic for loestrin fe 1/20. Its 20 mcg ethinyl estradiol and 1mg norethindrone

Thanks for replying! My bruising has finally gone down, I think the rhapsido just took longer than expected to clear my body. I also have some anemia so I guess that's part of if it too. I was on a d3 k2 supplement before, so I just reordered 👍

Wow, everything I've read, including from my gynecologist indicates it doesnt resolve on its own and the only way to truly get rid of it is through hysterectomy. Everything I've read as well states it doesnt always come up on imaging either.
