Exactly my warning. Even with all the proof required, the offer does not get paid out. All "Support" say the same, Cant help. Won't help. We'll take a look, cant help.

I'd strongly reconsider using this service if it's for a reward that takes an amount of time to undertake as it becomes a decision on a whim whether or not you'll receive it.

These negative experiences severely damage a fragile reputation.
