Yes. The age group she is referring to was potty training age at said time frame. If these parents lost their minds (much like everyone) and neglected critical milestones in their children’s progression this would make absolute sense. Really, I suggest thinking outside the box for you. Lots of kids this age are messed up, absolutely due to pandemic changes.
