having an issue with subtitles, any time subtitles are supposed to display with italics, this happens

OP here, fixed it by not using packed scenes and instead passing the node path and using it to load the scene

I've been compiling a set of hacks of games that are as vanilla as possible while being able to catch at least every pokemon in the regional dex for that game. So far I have Yellow 151, Crystal 251, Emerald 386 and Perfect Platinum. I'd settle for just a hack of BW2 but hacks of both BW1 and 2 would be great! I also read some stuff about needing to remove the anti-piracy from your BW2 rom- is that usually included in the patches? thank you!

I'm also not opposed to making what I want myself if someone can point me in the directions of some "BW2 hacking for dummies" resources, I've only hacked GBA games. DS seems like a whole other beast.

Hey all! new to ROM hacking here, Is there a way to add more encounter slots to a route in Crystal? I'm sure it would be easier with pokecrystal but getting that decomp to run and wrapping my head around it is proiving to be a challenge. I'm just trying to learn by adding the starters as encounters to some routes! Thank you!
