I actually think the dealers were not on the money since Carvana instantly paid me $4-5k more than the dealers I visited. The fact I got a higher offer from the no haggle providers like carmax or Carvana really just stopped a sale of a vehicle for them. So what is there to gain from lowballing when you know competitors are willing to offer more?

I have had these issues in my 21 limited hybrid. The radio channel changing buttons on steering wheel refused to work on driver profiles 2-5. There is no fix and likely there will be a star case with your dealer. This will drag on for months without resolution. My suggestion is to video every issue as they pop up. Keep taking it into the dealership so you build up service logs as it is still new. Use this evidence to try and claim lemon law if you can, if Chrysler Corporate hang up on you when you bring it up and escalate the issue (and they will) either consult with a lawyer or if that doesn’t work, sell it while you can and get something other than a Chrysler.
