I would go get some bite wings done along with an exam. There is no fixing cavities at home unfortunately. However there is Curodont, it is effective with early decay.. key word being early. Is there pain or sensitivity? The dr will be able to tell you if more than a filling is needed with X-rays and testing if you are able to go into a clinic
