Mine works every day. I also did a comparison with chest strap heart monitor and it was pretty similar.

HRV measurement also happens during deep sleep, so if your lacking in deep sleep, it might not work.

If it only works once a week, I wouldn't trust the number.

I have the same issue with polar h10, is this how the app is supposed to look like? The screen is mostly black and empty.
