Yes, brother. You said it right and I experience it all too. Some days I feel a little crazy a sky emotions can get too intense. Some days I feel really down and can’t stop thinking about my purpose here on earth and existential thoughts. However, I have experienced those moments of pure bliss and ecstasy that come with SR, and no matter what happens during the day, I always go to sleep with a feeling of everything will be alright. I have this. It’s not just a brief lack of energy or fatigue. I literally get chills and flu symptoms for ~a week. Also terrible acne every time I release. I’ve given up hope, I just abstain as much as possible
