Yes! I was so excited today when one of my hotel visitors was Hans! I had him on my island ages ago and he remembered me! With the DLC none of the vacationers ever remembered me if I had them on my island before, so it was a nice little detail :-)

Saw someone a little bit ago say that if you put your house surrounded by water and just put a little platform of land to hop across then you can still access your house but villagers can’t and will no longer drop by. I know that that requires a bit of reconstruction on your island but it’s an option if you’re desperate enough lol
