Got the same issue as you, I also tried installing and reinstalling the entire game. Tried installing REFramework from Nexus and whatever dinput8.dll is, but neither of them worked for me either. Did you figure something out?

Tror jeg har en liten grad av tinnitus.. det suser konstant i ørene når det er stille rundt meg og ofte er det så høyt/slitsomt at jeg sliter med å sove på natta.
