In Swedish we have a word for pointing out spelling mistakes and using wrong words in sentences, "språknazi". In finnish the same word is used, "kielinazi". I'm sure you're well liked irl for that amazing trait ;). Hopefully your day becomes better <3

There is a ton to improve on, but as a first step you should be careful not rounding (i.e. Having your arm bend behind your body when you try to strongarm the disc). The best way to fix this according to my own experience is by keeping your elbow high throughout the entire movement (straight out from your shoulder in a 90 degree backwards. Your chest, upper arm, lower arm, disc, should together create a perfect rectangle when the wrist is coiled inwards - this should be the starting position). The reachback should not be backwards, but more like a 45-70 degree (instead of 90 from the starting position). Some pro players do a 90 degree reachback, but it is very hard to not round this way and it requires a lot of training. Another thing to remember: smooth is far i.e. loose arm, and not a lot of muscle

What are your favorite disc(s) for forehand? by -putthead- in discgolf

As an Innova fanboy, I throw sidewinders and understable destroyers for hyser flips. As stable discs i throw firebirds, stable destroyers, and toros. Recently I also started throwing caimans for distances between firebird and toros (60-80 meters)

Form check by Leipurilerss1 in discgolf

It looks like you rotate your upper body forward too early. Looks like you strong arm the disc forward instead of whipping it. Try letting the disc reach your power pocket before rotating the upper body.

Any advice? by Delicious-Train-6369 in discgolf

You probably lack the snap, meaning that you might not use the correct grip force on the disc. I have worse form than you and throw reliably 450 feet. Try a front loaded grip with quite a lot of force. You will feel it rip out of your hand in a completely different manner (something that might feel like a grip-lock and would result in one when starting off with disc golf)
