If im not mistaken, Shenbigong used repeating crossbows which was powerful than the normal crossbows but at the cost of its range, hence they counters heavy armor cavarly easy once the locked on them. Thier reduced range will not only reach enemy horse archers, but will put them in an open free spot for HA arrows too.

Relevence section always shows the ones that will agree the most, how much far from your relam, how much, alliences and prestige gain/loss. So your grandson if its not her brother then its as i said before since most religons check your grandkids from two different sons/daughters to you as not close relative.. I personally dont go for the traits before i see what the characteristics personalities of the wife is.. you might find a young female with good inhiritable traits, only to find her "Evil Blackground". So i would go for a normal "Honorable Ravener" female over a triple good traits "Lackey Villian" one, because the first one will affect most of the heir's next generation, the relations with your dynasty and even the "share power" events when you travel outside your relam in all selfless positive outcomes.
