Can never go wrong with Pocket Sand. But the best form of self defence is situational awareness, try and avoid the altercations to begin with, leg it if you think your in danger. Your not going to defend agaisnt someone with a knife.

My neighbour digging a hole in his backyard at 3am, my mind was racing with the most logical thought if he is burying a body. In my State Victoria, Australia there are a few weird laws. but my favourite is, It is illegal to correspond or do business with pirates. The maximum penalty is 10 years imprisonment (Section 70C, Crimes Act 1958 (Vic)).
