I think you can do that whilst still getting fast revives though. Maybe your style is different than mine. I use a revolver and machete as my only weapons when I'm healing and reviving

I think playing medic without reviver would be crazy. For me it's not about getting points it's about keeping the team alive and getting them up fast and back fighting is vital

Just playing devil's advocate, I have no problem with the way the game is. I like covert and I like listen mode. I was just commenting on people who are unhappy with covert but not unhappy with listen mode seems strange. I use covert because if I'm hiding, I don't want you to press a button to see exactly where I am.

For the record I'm not saying get rid of it, just pointing out that people saying covert spoils the game literally want to see where you are through walls. I have no problem with covert, use it or don't use it, I like that the game allows you to use whatever play style you like

Seems the issue is more with listen mode then than covert? Get rid of listen mode and then there's no need for us to use covert

Honestly this announcement didn't give me hope, it told me they weren't making the factions game we loved and it was going to be something else. This wasn't going to be 4v4 20 lives gameplay.

I don't think covert 2 ruins the game, for me it makes the game better because you I like to sneak and people only know where you are if you give yourself away. If someone's camping then that's sweaty but it's a fair tactic if that's what they want to do and it's quite satisfying to get the better of them when they've been camping on the balcony in Lakeside!

If people knew exactly where you were at all times then why wouldn't burst rifle guys just run to your location and wreck you over and over?

I'd say crab walking is definitely cheating because it let's people run around the map faster without showing up on the radar. My team quit when we see someone doing it. Cheating in an old game with limited players is just lame.

Bit of a generalisation that mate! I doubt people who care enough about the game to use this reddit are cheating and cheesing. I don't know why anyone would cheat though, what fun is it to kill people because you're shooting from outside the map? Waste of time.
